Our Story

The company was founded in 1978 in Milan San Felice by engineer Gianfranco Rizzo. In 1985, a real estate agency was opened in Milan. In 1992, another agency was opened in Verona, four years later another one in Peschiera Borromeo and the last one in 2002 in San Bovio.
Both the sons of the founder fill now a position of responsibilities: Marcello Rizzo as chief administrator of the company and Mattia Rizzo as director of the Real Estate Development Department.

Pursuing the strategy of constant attention to the proposals offered by the international real estate market, Cofim, in 2002, allies itself with one of the main real estate agencies of New York. In the same year Cofim entered the international circuit of Sotheby's International Realty and in 2005 in the Eren (as a founder), Luxury Portfolio and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World circuits.

The sales proceeds are constantly increasing, as well as the number of clients and contracts carried out each year. In 2008 there are 30 people in our staff, 22 of which are agents.
There are many important banks which have a strong commercial relationship with Cofim, in order to ease its clients in the request for mortgages. These are: Banca Popolare di Milano, Credito artigiano, Monte dei Paschi, Banco Popolare and Cassa di Risparmio di Asti.
